A Creative and Inclusive Workshop Experience at Creative Activities Center for children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities followed by a tour at Tsitsanis Museum

During the student-led workshop visit to 'Agia Anna' Creative Activities Centre for children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities, students from Italy and Greece had the opportunity to engage in a collaborative and inclusive learning experience.

The group came together, got to know each other through interaction and shared activities, and fostered a positive atmosphere of teamwork and mutual respect.

The transnational team presented their project, introducing its aims and key ideas related to inclusion, diversity, and tolerance. Following the presentation, the students and children participated in a joint creative activity, where they all painted together.

This artistic collaboration encouraged expression, communication, and bonding, reinforcing the values of cooperation and inclusivity promoted throughout the workshop. After that, the whole group visited the Tsitsanis museum, the first and only museum dedicated to the life and work of Vasilis Tsitsanis, the famous Greek songwriter and bouzouki player, who was born in Trikala.

Finally, dinner was all together. We all got dressed and went out. A truly delicious and fun dinner.☺️☺️🥰🥰

Afternoon in Kalambaka

After visiting the monastery, they took us to see a 3D video about the history of Kalambaka. Then we went to lunch. It was a truly fantastic day 😍😍☺️

Trip to the METEORA

Today we took a minibus and, like a guide, they showed us the local landscapes and the various monasteries.We saw the monastery of St. Stephen, that was very beautiful.

DECLARATION

At school the firts activity that we did was responding to some question about AI and how to introduce it better in school.

It was really interesting sharing opinions because we could learn more about it.

Workshops Artificial Intelligence & Inclusion in Education

The Inclusion Lab was designed to bring together all the ideas explored in the forum about Artificial Intelligence and inclusion in education. Students worked in mixed groups and revisited the three main themes: inclusion vs. inequality, different learner perspectives, and fairness and equal access.

Each group worked together on the forum questions and then shared their work with the whole class.

After presenting their responses, groups rotated and provided feedback on the work of other teams. This peer-feedback process encouraged dialogue, critical thinking, and respect for diverse opinions.

1st day in Trikala

Yesterday we went to Trikala fortress and the open-air theater of Trikala castle. They took us on a city tour while doing a presentation for each place.It was a lot of fun and very tiring, in fact when we got back we threw ourselves into bed.🥰🤯🛏️

We were thrilled to welcome our Italian friends to our school!

The first day was full of fun and engaging activities – icebreaker games, getting-to-know-you sessions, dancing, quizzes and hands-on workshops both on our platform and blog.

First day at our school !!

We started our day by meeting up in the hotel where we met our new friends .We headed to school and walked around the city. When we arrived we showed them our school and settled in a class. We did some fun activities and games in order to get to know each other better and break the ice. After our break, we did a walk around the school and ended up in the gym dancing to greek traditional music. that was so fun! And for now we’re getting ready do more activities all together🩷

Our first day in Beautiful Trikala

We started our day early in the morning. Half of the Greek students went to pick the Italian students up from their hotel, while the other half stayed in school to make sure everything was ready for our activities! At first, we got to know each other better with some ice breaking activities. We learned some basic Italian words through a quiz and afterwards we presented our schools. Then we paired up into couples and shared our names, origin, school and interests. We took a break from the activities, and treated the Italian students with greek drinks and snacks. We also took them on a tour of our school and we danced traditional greek dances with our P.E. Teacher, miss Vanessa Melliou. After the break ended, we presented our project, “Elena’s school life in 1976 and in 2076”. We are so happy to start this week with them in such a joyful way!

First day of Italians in our school

The day started by welcoming our italian friends .They came to our school and we did a guide to all of our classes and then we did a stop for a traditional dance with all of our erasmous students .After that we did some ice breaking activities to get know more things about each other ❤ Christina Riana Gerasimos Thanasis

Arrival of the Italians in Trikala

Firstly we walked from the centre of the city to our school with the Italians and when we arrived we welcomed them and want inside our classroom. We did icebreaking activities to get to know each other better. On our break we shared food and also toured the girls around our school. Later on we visited the gym class where we danced traditional Greek dances like Ikariotikos!!

First day in our school

In the morning,we met at hotel “Ntinas” where our walk began with our friends from Italy.We introduced ourselves and we got to know Eingi, Aurora, Arianna, Ariadna, Eleonora, Giorgia and Ariadna.Then,we headed to the 3rd General Lyceum of Trikala,we took some pictures and the whole Erasmus team got together.We played some ice breaking games and we had a coffee break.Also,we read the Elena’s diary from 1976 and 2076,we presented our schools,we gave away some gifts and we danced to some Greek traditional songs.So far,we are having fun and we are getting to know each other.
