First day in Padova! Our Italian friends guided us around Padova and were extremely helpful throughout the visit. There was excellent cooperation between us, which made the experience both smooth and enjoyable. It was a truly memorable experience.
We visited the Musei Civici di Padova or degli Eremitani, which is a complex of museums and historic sites, centered on the former convent of the Eremitani (Augustinian order).
The outdoor area was impressive, with beautiful gardens and wonderful statues that created a calm and inspiring atmosphere. Walking around the complex, we had the chance to admire the historic architecture and take many photos.
What stood out the most was the famous Cappella degli Scrovegni with its Giotto fresco masterpieces. The colors and details of the frescoes were breathtaking and made the visit truly unforgettable.
The indoor exhibition was also very interesting and well organized. It helped us better understand the history and art of Padova in a clear and engaging way.
